Cancellation Policy

We politely request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment rescheduling and cancellation in order to allow another client to have treatment sooner.

If you do not attend, or cancel, a pre- booked appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the appointment fee.
